ADAS Calibration & Safety Services

Your car’s safety systems, such as lane assist, blind spot monitoring, and automatic braking, rely on cameras and sensors. After a windshield replacement, collision, or suspension repair, these systems need calibration to keep you safe.

At AutoScan+, we make sure your ADAS features are accurate, reliable, and ready to protect you.

What is ADAS?

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are safety features in modern vehicles that help the driver while driving. They use cameras, sensors, and radar to watch the road and assist with tasks like braking, steering, parking, and staying in your lane. ADAS helps prevent accidents, alerts the driver to dangers, and makes driving easier and safer.

When Do You Need ADAS Services?

ADAS systems rely on precisely aligned sensors and cameras. Even minor changes to your vehicle’s structure or equipment can throw them off, which means they may not work correctly until recalibrated.

You may need ADAS services after:

Windshield Replacement

Most ADAS cameras are mounted to the windshield. Replacing the glass can misalign the camera, affecting systems such as lane keeping, forward collision warning, and traffic sign recognition.

Front-End Collisions or Body Repairs

Any impact, even a minor one, can cause sensors or radar units to shift. If your vehicle has sustained front, rear, or side damage, calibration is often required after the repairs are made.

Bumper or Grille Replacement

Camera or Sensor Replacement

Dashboard Warning Lights or Malfunctions

Radar sensors are often mounted behind the front or rear bumper or grille. Replacing or repairing these parts can interfere with sensor positioning.

If a component of the ADAS system itself has been replaced (e.g., front-facing camera, radar sensor), recalibration is essential.

If you're getting ADAS-related warning messages or your systems aren’t working as expected, diagnostics and recalibration may be necessary.
