Q: What if my car won’t start? Do you offer towing? A: We don’t provide towing services ourselves, but we can recommend trusted local towing companies and help connect you with them to get your car safely to our shop.

Q: How much do diagnostics cost? A: Our standard diagnostic service typically ranges from $80 to $150. This includes a detailed scan and expert analysis by an ASE Certified Master Technician. In some cases, if the issue is more complex and requires additional time or labor, the cost may be higher. We’ll always discuss pricing with you before starting any work.

Q: Do you work on all vehicle makes and models? A: Yes! We service domestic and foreign vehicles, including cars and SUVs. US Domestic: Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, RAM, Jeep, GMC, Chrysler, Buick, Cadillac, Lincoln, Tesla European: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Porsche, MINI, Land Rover, Jaguar, Alfa Romeo, Fiat Asian: Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Subaru, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kia, Lexus, Acura, Infiniti, Genesis

Q: How can I pay? A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard), Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle. Card payments incur a 3% processing fee.

Q: Do I need an appointment? A: Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend scheduling an appointment for faster service. You can book online or call us at (915)-443-9528.

Q: What services do you offer? A: We specialize in advanced diagnostics, AC repair, electrical systems, check engine light troubleshooting, and general automotive maintenance. If it has a warning light, we can fix it.

Q: Can you fix my AC the same day? A: In most cases, yes. If the issue is a minor leak or recharge, we can complete the AC repair the same day. Complex repairs may take longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on repairs? A: Yes! We stand by our work and include a 1-year warranty on repairs. If the parts are purchased through our supplier, Advance Auto Parts, their additional coverage also applies. Feel free to ask us for full details on parts and labor coverage.

Q: What certifications do you have? A: We are proud to be an ASE Certified Master Technician shop, and we are also iCar Verified, bonded, and insured. These certifications reflect our commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism in every service.

Q: Are there services you don’t offer? A: Yes. We do not perform transmission rebuilds or major transmission work, wheel alignments, or locksmith services. If you need these services, we can recommend trusted specialists.
